The Boao Real Estate Forum since 2001 is an industry forum with enormous influence, wide participation, and extremely high authority, where numerous Chinese powerful enterprises and real estate industry elites gather for a collision of ideas.

Witnessed by a large number of mainstream media, research institutions, real estate developers, investment institutions, financial investment banks, and other professional institutions, KK100 won the award of the "Influential Urban Complex of China for the Year 2021" as one of the landmark buildings of Shenzhen.

Completed in 2011, KK100 is owned and operated by Kingkey Group.
