[Kingkey Property Management] Kingkey Timemark Successfully Holds the Fire Drill in the Second Half of 2021

In order to further strengthen fire safety publicity and education, enhance the concept of fire safety of the owners of Kingkey Timemark, and improve the self-rescue and mutual rescue abilities in case of fires, Kingkey Timemark Property Service Center organized the firefighting and evacuation emergency drill in the second half of 2021 with a theme of "Implement fire control responsibilities, Prevent safety risks" in Kingkey Timemark on the afternoon of November 12.

The air-conditioner room on the 16th floor of Block A was assumed to catch fire at 16:00. Upon receipt of the fire alarm, the firefighting and evacuation contingency plan was immediately initiated, according to which the field command post conducted command and dispatch in the control center.

Leaders from Futian District Fire and Rescue Brigade, Futian District Shatou Subdistrict Office, Futian District Zhuzilin Fire Squadron, Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau Futian Branch Shatou Police Station, Xiasha Community, etc. participated in the fire drill; they watched the practical operation such as fire control staff receiving the alarm, forcing the elevators to land, and starting smoke control and fire broadcasting in the fire control center of Kingkey Timemark; they also watched the on-site emergency response such as fire suppression, evacuation, technical disposal, and rescue in the building via the video monitoring screen.

Each emergency team that participated in on-site rescue responded promptly and cooperated in the firefighting and rescue. Under the proper command of the commander, firefighting and rescue were safely, quickly and orderly conducted throughout the fire emergency drill. The drill further consolidated and improved the capabilities of the staff of each department to prevent and eliminate fire hazards.

After the completion of tasks such as evacuation and fire suppression, all the participants watched related firefighting demonstrations in the north square, including firefighter uniform wearing demonstration, air breathing apparatus wearing demonstration, gas mask wearing demonstration, fire hydrant connection and squirting water demonstration, and oil drum fire extinguishing demonstration.

All the processes of the fire drill were successfully completed at 16:30, which was fully affirmed and praised by the leaders. The fire emergency drill has further raised the fire safety awareness of the staff and the owners and improved the capabilities of the staff of Kingkey Timemark Property Service Center to respond to emergencies such as fires so as to better protect the life and property safety of the owners.
