[Kingkey Property Management] Kingkey Coolpad Building Successfully Holds the Fire Drill in the Second Half of 2021

In order to further standardize and improve the emergency response procedure for fire accidents in high-rise buildings, timely and effectively implement emergency rescue management, minimize casualties and property damage, and protect the life and property safety of the people, Kingkey Coolpad Building Property Service Center organized a high-rise building fire emergency drill with a theme of "Focus on fire safety, Love life" on November 19. The fire drill has raised the fire safety awareness of the staff and the tenants of Coolpad Building and strengthened their understanding of related fire safety requirements, so as to effectively prevent fire accidents and ensure the fire safety of the Coolpad Building.

The government entities that observed the fire drill on site included Shenzhen Nanshan District Xili Fire Station, Songpingshan Community, and Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industrial Park Police Station. The key owners that observed the fire drill on site included Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Gainian Real Estate (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Woody Vapes Technology Co., Ltd. The participants of the drill included the staff of Coolpad Building Property Service Center and the personnel of owners, with a total of 500 people.

In this fire drill, the warehouse in the southeast corner of 3/F, Block B, Coolpad Building was assumed to catch fire. Upon confirmation of the "fire", Coolpad Building Property Service Center immediately guided tenants to evacuate orderly according to the fire contingency plan, and the fire center initiated the fire contingency plan, notified the building's voluntary fire brigade, and call 119 to report the fire and request support. When the "fire" spread to the east side of 6/F, Block B, a battle to extinguish the fire and evacuate personnel was proceeding in a tense but orderly manner.

The on-site rescue personnel responded quickly, each team cooperated closely to timely dispose of the fire according to the contingency plan, and officers and men from Shenzhen Nanshan District Xili Fire Station promptly arrived in a fire engine to work with the building's voluntary fire brigade to conduct fire suppression and rescue in order.

After the personnel assembled, the voluntary fire brigade demonstrated how to wear the firefighter uniform and air breathing apparatus, how to use the portable dry powder fire extinguisher and the filtering respiratory protective device for self-rescue from fire, how to connect the water gun hose and hose-reel hose, and how to give first aid to the injured (CPR and artificial respiration) and invited tenants to experience the portable dry powder fire extinguisher.

Following the drill and practical operation demonstrations, the leaders and guests gave speeches. The project leader of Coolpad Building Property Service Center expressed gratitude to the leaders present at the drill and affirmed the efforts made by all the participants of the fire drill. He emphasized that it's the responsibility and obligation of the property service staff to improve their own service skills so as to protect the life and property safety and improve the satisfaction of the tenants of the building. The representative of Songpingshan Community expressed affirmation that this fire drill was educational. In his summary of this fire drill, Zhang Jiepeng, the head of Xili Fire Station, said that the process and cooperation in this fire drill were great, and he encouraged the building's voluntary fire brigade to strengthen brigade building and emphasized that the property service staff should strengthen firefighting knowledge training and practical training. As fire safety is very important, he expressed the hope that joint efforts would be made to create a peaceful community.

This fire drill fully implemented the principle of "uniform governmental leadership, departmental supervision according to law, overall responsibilities of entities and active participation of citizens", tested the overall ability of Coolpad Building Property Service Center in joint operations, and raised the fire safety awareness and firefighting level of the project enterprise and staff. With the correct deployment and command from the leaders and the strong support from the tenants, this fire drill in the second half of 2021 was satisfactorily completed by the departments of Coolpad Building Property Service Center through close cooperation.
